Did the fit test today. I have some serious work ahead of me, but I’m totally up for the challenge. Trying to plan it around swim work and running, however, is going to be a bit of a chore. Oh, and weight work. I need to work my arms for the paddle portion of the race! But still. I’m stoked to be trying this insane workout. I’ve heard nothing but great things about it.
Anyone else doing Insanity? Thoughts? Words of encouragement?
