Weekly Inspiration: April 2

Arrive expecting to push yourself, and leave with no regrets.

Pour your heart into every run. Leave everything out there on the pavement. If you do that, then you have no reason to feel bad about a run.

This quote is one that I live by. If you show up and plan on pushing yourself to do the best you can do, then there is no reason to have regret. If you can truly say that you did the best job you could…then you are doing better than you think.

Stand strong, lace up, and hit it hard. Then stand proud.
