On a completely, non ranty note…New workout regime starts on Monday.
It’s going to pair running with other things like swimming, yoga, and weight training. All three of which I haven’t been doing but need to do in order to get into the shape I want to do the Never Quit Never trident AND the 5k so I can grab two necklaces, to do the Tour de Pain races in August in as short of time as possible, and to prevent any more IT pain.
That being said: here is the first week –
Monday: 3 miles, yoga
Tuesday: 4 miles, upper body
Wednesday: 3 miles, swim
Thursday: 4 miles, lower
Saturday: 4 miles, possibly with bridges
any advice on how to make this fantastic is greatly appreciated. 🙂
