I’m worried my leg/IT Band will give me issues and cause me to ruin my run.

I don’t want to ruin this run. Out of all my other runs, this one is very important to me. I don’t want to pass out at the end like I did last year. Yes, there is a difference. I’m going to be going to sleep here soon and get way more than 4 hours before the race and I’m actually healthy and not fighting a sinus infection (knock on wood) but still.
I want to finish strong and to do well. I want to do a specific time, but honestly I don’t think I’m good enough to make it yet so under 2 hours is the primary goal…As close to 1:45 is the secondary one.
